The pioneers of Crew Resource Management Training

Interaction Trainers are the pioneers of Crew Resource Management Training. Founded in 1977, we delivered the first CRM course in the world (known then as Flight Deck Management) for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as a result of the Tenerife accident of 1977.

A few things we’re great at

Interaction Trainers have developed Instructor Training Programmes which include the Common Behavioural Standards™, a fully-integrated technical and non-technical CRM training, development and assessment system. The CBS™ system is the premier training programme for fully integrated and standardized instruction and assessment. Instructors and Examiners attend the Standardised Flight Instructional Skills™ (SFIS™) course and receive a tailored programme of one-on-one On-the-Job Development in simulators and/or on the line. The SARI™ Communication software tool is also unique to Interaction Trainers.
