VAA Interactive Instructor Course

April 22-26: Interaction Trainers delivered the first Interactive Instructor Course for the Vietnam Aviation Academy. The course marks a landmark for the provision of interactive instructor training in Vietnam. All the participants achieved SARI Instructor Communication ratios of <4:1 – the definition of truly interactive training. Participants included VAA Instructors and senior training executives from the Northern Airports Corporation in Vietnam. The participants were thrilled with their rapid progress and a follow up has shown that the instructors are applying their new skills. One instructor commented, “My students are really responding to the interactive method of teaching, they love it!”
